As an important member of this team, I won’t look back, slow down, or be still. My resolve is strong, my values are firm, my companions are many, my goals are high and my mission is clear. I cannot be bought, compromised, detoured, lured away, divided or delayed. I won’t give up or let up until I have made a meaningful difference in the lives of my Residents and my fellow Associates.
